Meet the Founder

I'm Huzaifa. I built SalaryScout because I was tired of guessing what I should be earning.

When I started working in Pakistan, I had no idea if my salary was fair. Neither did my friends. We'd ask each other awkward questions, get vague answers, and still feel clueless. Job posts never showed real numbers. HR gave us whatever they wanted.

So I made this. A place where people share what they actually earn. No fake ranges. No "competitive salary" nonsense. Just real data from real people.

I've been in tech for over 4 years now. I've built 20+ products, led teams, and worked with clients from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Saudi Arabia. Right now, I'm also the technical co-founder at Meyka AI, an AI stock market platform helping 400K+ investors each month.

I believe pay should be transparent. When people know what others earn, they negotiate better. Companies can't lowball them. The whole market becomes fairer.
